Prices, treatments and hours are subject to change without notice.

Deposits
A credit card is required when reserving appointments.

Cancellations
Out of respect for your practitioner’s time and schedule, we request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for single service appointments and we require 72 –Hours notice for packages and multiple services. Should we not receive at least a 24-hour notice or a 72-hour notice, 50% of the service fee for all appointments scheduled will automatically be billed to your credit card.

Running Late
In the event that you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if we are unable to provide an extension of your scheduled appointment time, you will be responsible for full payment of that service.

Gratuity
Our pricing does not include gratuity, however, tipping is always at the discretion of our guests. Gratuity may be paid by credit card, check, cash or gift card.

Cell Phone
Please place all cell phones on silent prior to entering the spa. Should you receive a call, we please ask that you step outside while talking on the phone so that there is no disturbance to the other clients.

Promotions
You may only use one promotion, coupon or special within one visit unless you are doing multiple single services.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates here at Freedom Day Spa do not expire, however if you do not use your gift certificate by the expiration date noted on your certificate and your services were purchased on special or at a discounted price the gift certificate will reduce to cash value and the specials will no longer be valid. Please do not lose your gift certificate as u must have it in order to redeem your services. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are nonrefundable.
